  Once upon a time, a young mother of two relocated to Somerset Kentucky with nothing but the clothes on her back, and her two young children. Upon her arrival, she immediately obtained employment and a place to live. Unfortunately, she still needed more help. She was referred to PERM (Pulaski Relief Ministry). As she got out of the car in PERM's facility, she remembered to this day the kind help she received that day. She has never forgotten that. She was able to get help enough until her first pay check came.
